Founded in 2012 by Professor Mike Manefield, Micronovo Pty Ltd was created to assist Environmental Consultants, Contractors, and government organizations in confidently selecting and optimizing bioremediation solutions for contaminated sites across Australia.

Currently, Micronovo Technologies Pty Ltd licenses this Intellectual Property to provide the remediation industry with expert analysis, advice, and bioaugmentation cultures. We have also expanded into amendment supply, simplifying the bioremediation process. Our mission is to make bioremediation straightforward and reliable, promoting the understanding and application of these eco-friendly, sustainable remediation techniques throughout Australia. While most of our clients are Environmental Consultants or Contractors focused on bioremediation of contaminated ex-industrial sites, we also support various industries, including:

• Infrastructure:  addressing microbial corrosion of steel and concrete structures;

• Aquaculture:  supply cultures essential to fish health, waste digestion, nitrogen cycling and pathogen inhibition;

• Agriculture:  enhancing soil health, profiling microbe pathogens (fungal and bacterial); and inhibiting pathogens.

• Microcosm studies: conducting contract scientific studies that support research in diverse fields, from livestock feed supplements to kinetic studies for industrial bioreactor design.
