Professor Michael J. Manefield, the founder of Micronovo Pty Ltd, is an internationally renowned expert in environmental science and microbiology based at the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney). His award-winning contributions to environmental science research, biotechnology development, and commercialization include the biological degradation of contaminants of concern.

Dr. Önder Kimyon serves as the Principal Scientist at Micronovo Technologies. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Ege University, followed by his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Environmental Microbiology from the University of New South Wales. Throughout his postgraduate research, Önder delved into the study of bacterial communication systems within intricate microbial settings, concentrating on biofilm formation, enzyme functions, and the generation of secondary metabolites.

Simon is a Chemical Engineer who leads Micronovo Technologies Pty Ltd.

He is a seasoned leader of B2B industrial products businesses across petroleum, manufacturing and building industries who has become fascinated by the microverse. He's passionate about driving the uptake of bioremediation as a low cost, light touch and sustainable approach to rehabilitating contaminated sites.
